Reviewing my goals

Every day begins with a to-do list.

So does every passing year.Thinking and planning and then doing…chores, tasks, jobs, in the order of commitment, responsibility and employment!

At this stage of life, prioritisation of goals takes center stage; why waste time around the unachievables? Another wonderful thing that is happening in my life is the realisation of the futility of several unnecessary goals 😀 There was a time in life when everything that charmed my heart got onto the list of goals , but as self awareness grows with passing time, the goals on that list not only look stupid and frivolous but also unattainable in this lifetime.

At the end of the day, what matters is happiness and a satisfied soul. So I am working only towards it. Tomorrow is a special day as I begin another year on this beautiful earth, shoulders braced up and head held high…rehashed goals and geared up with a song in my heart and a smile on my lips, to take it on!
