It’s very hot today!

Prompt :Jot down the first thing that comes to your mind.

Yes-yes, this is the very first thought that comes to mind these days It’s like a big banner hanging in my thoughts… They do call it a summer break, but never thought summers would become so intolerable and it’s only April now.

I feel the heat waving into my room, the curtains yawning in resignation, the fan just redistributing the heat around the room, and it’s still the first half of the day. Breakfast is yet to be had, nothing hot off the skillet,I remind myself – maybe just a bowl of watermelon, that’s it! It’s so hot. Google shows the temperature as 41°C…

I steel myself to the onslaught – scorching April followed by burning May, and sultry June…

  12. Thought of mine being a blogger

    I don’t know how people find my writing my post on different topic.

    I don’t know the people who read my post, where are they from, what do the do?

    But the most important thing being a blogger is to inspire people to express through writing, to motivate people in their bad time, to move out through their past. I too started blogging to move from my past and express me freely through writing and I suggest people to do so.

    1. For us, it was kind of from the frying pan into the freezer 😂 we packed our bags burning in the heat expecting a big chunk of it to tuck in to warm our feet when we touch zone 19!

      So minus thermals n woollen feet warmers n sweaters … with a thin n a thick jackets for outdoors, we landed on the other side of the globe ! Well ! instead of the expected warm cold , the coooool cool met us here🤓 But let me tell you, it was a great relief to escape the heat this time … every cell was flaming fire n to get through each day was posing a challenge !

      In here, until now, we just had one great summer sun beaming out warmth n we grabbed the chance to walk around the lake… my favourite space here ❤️

      So as you dream of the heavens opening up n pouring down showers to cool your side of the planet, we eagerly await the warm summers to add a dash of outdoor space to our cool schedule ❤️❤️❤️
