What are your favorite types of foods?
Samosa – the crisp savory flour pyramids filled with masala potatoes taken together with Jalebi – hot and crisp, juicy and sweet golden lattices in floral circles. The syrup should drip as you bite into it!
When this prompt came my way- I went over all of them: my favorites, you see βΊ Chinese, Tibetan, Italian, the burgers n fries, the Finger licking good chickens and then my innumerable Indian snacks and eats from all regional cuisines…
The winners are- My dear samosa and my adorable jalebi π which had my mouth watering just writing about them.

BTW, both the pics are from my kitchen, where yours truly tried her hand at reproducing them!

Have you ever tried Iranian samosa? A simple but different recipe with a unique flavor.

Sorry for the late response… this comment had landed in the spam box. Yes, I have, in the Irani eateries of Mumbai. They are yumπ… Even our Indian Samosa is a cousin of the original from the Middle-East, evolved to suit the primarily veg pallets of the most of India. we get the meat/ chicken sambose too in Kerala ( India)
