What’s your favorite thing to cook?
Eggs are an all time favourite!
They are so versatile and are a quick fix for anytime-meal all the time. So , quite obviously, they are my favourite thing to cook.
There!
I get very creative with eggs, when it’s on the menu , in my house of course!
I love adding some colour, some spice, making it look nice and then presenting it to the family!
Even when alone, if the eggs are to be cooked, there is no question of sparing them my ministrations!
A wee bit of sliced onions, some chopped coriander leaves and a dash of salt and chilli flakes… that’s all it takes for a makeover.Who doesn’t like being fussed over? They usually thank me – the eggs,I mean 😁
You may say -you like it simple; but do please excuse me as I like it jazzed up 😃 and when they arrive on the table, their new avatars are greeted with lot of admiration!
