Many come to mind…

Who was your most influential teacher? Why?

I have been shaped by my teachers.

Deciding a “most” is somewhat difficult, but as the ambiguity of the word ” influential” stands out, let me share what comes first to my mind.

This is my professor who sure taught me very well and not only influenced me, but also is a real influential person in the field of higher education in India.

He made learning fun, taught us parallel thoughts as well as diverse narratives. Sometimes, even while taking a dig at our attempts at sounding grand or philosophical, he never derided or looked down upon our scholarships.

Dr Kapoor, always had an episode to narrate and was the first to celebrate our successes. He always appreciated my efforts and  even invited  us home and served a grand meal for the batch as we became post graduates under his tutelage. I recall, his speciality Paneer Pasanda was prepared by him and he kept asking our opinion of his cooking skills, while  sweet Mrs Kapoor gave benign looks of admiration! 😊

I see his name amongst the best of the best in the country and feel blessed to have been imparted great lessons by him.

      1. Hi Priti, I have read and commented on your story. Unable to add 50 points as the error shown is:
Unable to process request due to missing initial state. This may happen if browser sessionStorage is inaccessible or accidentally cleared. Some specific scenarios are – 1) Using IDP-Initiated SAML SSO. 2) Using signInWithRedirect in a storage-partitioned browser environment.

Please tell me how to add points. Please raise this issue with Notion press. I tried my FB I’d also, not working
