What does freedom mean to you?
The happiness of being,
In a democratic country
With all my rights in place
With parents who gave me choice
And a society which is non interfering,
A life partner who doesn’t impose
A family wherein you breathe
And a life which is worth living ,
Freedom means all of the above and some more …

Well done 💯💯

Beautifully said, SS. That’s not just freedom—it’s the rare combo pack of peace, choice, space, and sanity. Basically, the dream most people accidentally leave in shopping carts of tradition.

yes, the last line, “and having some more” is also important for freedom.

Freedom is a lot more, as you say, and I can not stop thinking how we are so lucky to have so much, and at the same time having so much to work for and fight back, to get the same freedom for everyone, as you I feel quite free with my circumstances but I see everyday many examples of people who have not being able to enjoy the same freedom we can enjoy.

We are all mere subjects of circumstances. Then there are those who would rather live a certain shackled life , and then there are many who are fighting for it… Thank you for reading and responding with your point of view 😊🙏
